I hold a Master's degree in Foods and Nutrition and bring over 16 years of experience in the field. I am a Certified Metabolic® Balance Consultant and currently work as a Nutritionist at AktivHealth. In addition, I am a Certified Diabetes Educator accredited by the International Diabetes Federation (IDF).

My professional journey includes roles as a Research Nutritionist with Jubilant Clinsys and Ranbaxy. I have also served as a Diabetes Coach and Nutritionist at the renowned Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research (SBISR). With extensive experience in weight management, I offer a well-rounded approach to client care and lifestyle modification.

My interest in global best practices led me to volunteer at a leading Diabetes clinic in Manchester, UK, affiliated with a foundation trust hospital. I have also delivered numerous nutrition lectures for nursing students at the prestigious Jamia Hamdard University, and have contributed to their distance learning diploma courses.

Additionally, I have been a guest speaker at various events hosted by All India Radio (Akashvani), where I offered expert advice on healthy diets and answered public queries through live Q&A sessions.
